Order Cancellation

With regret to notify you that once payment is done, and your packaging and shipping process has started, your order shall not be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, return & refund could be happened in the situation where:

For Examples:

  1. If you do not receive the item within the estimated shipping & delivery duration (within 60 days) you can request a reshipment or refund (after your request has been approved by 
  2. If your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) You can request for reshipment and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for reshipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  3. If you received the damaged/wrong item you can raise a request to us for reshipment or refund. After your request has been approved by, do ensure that you ship out the item(s) to be returned within 3 days immediately after the approval. Failing to do so, your return request will be automatically cancelled and non-refundable.

If your return & refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
